Information About Online Registration:

-Online registration will allow you to pay with a debit/credit card or you will have the option to mail a check to the church.

-Online registration will only be available through Thursday, January 7th.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
-Online registration:  The online registration cost per child for basketball or cheerleading is $30; after January 7, online registration will NOT be available.

-Mail-in or drop-off registration:  The early registration cost per child for basketball or cheerleading is $33; after January 7, the cost is $48.

-Final deadline for registration is January 14.

-Basketball shorts or cheerleading mock turtlenecks are optional at a cost of $11.

-SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO QUALIFY.

EVALUATIONS AND ORIENTATIONS:
-Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation. They will take place at the
Community Christian Church Gym as follows:

-Kindergarten and 1st Grade Boys/Girls
Monday, January 11, between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

-2nd and 3rd Grade Boys/Girls
Tuesday, January 12, between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

-4th and 5th Grade Boys/Girls
Thursday, January 14, between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

-Families with multiple players may evaluate on one night.
